ONLY 4 POUNDS...................

Okay so I am trying not to be discouraged, I got on a scale and found out I have only lost 4 pounds. It has been two full weeks and I didn't think it would be this hard to loose weight, however it is worth it. I have really been watching what I eat and trying to work out minimum four days a week.

For encouragement I watched the biggest looser tonight and have decided to take pictures of myself so I can see my progress. My friends have been so supportive, so thank you for all of your help. However if anyone has any recipe's you don't mind sharing that would be awesome.
